Refund and Returns Policy

To be eligible for a refund or credit, you must first contact us at Nail Innovations, to discuss the reason for return.

Non-returnable/refundable items:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Class fees
  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we require pre-approval and a receipt or proof of purchase. The item must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition that you received it to qualify for a refund.
If products have been opened, store credit will be issued.
You are responsible for return shipping fees.
Our refund and returns policy covers products for 90 days. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, minus shipping fees, within 10 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or credit card company. Refunds can remain pending with your credit card company and may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via phone or email shown above.

Discontinued items

Discontinued/Clearance items cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

We may replace items, or give store credit for items if they are open, used or defective. If you have an issue with an item, please contact and share your concerns. We can troubleshoot the issue and discuss the next options.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
